I had such a disappointing experience at this hotel. The reviews led me to believe it would be a nice spot, but it was far from what I expected. The pool area was way too small and overcrowded. The beach looked unsafe and the cleanliness was concerning, especially with what happened in our room. There were a few bright spots, like the helpful staff and some nice landscaping, but those can't make up for the overall experience.
